We've gone from food lovers to foodies to foodists. But no matter how you say it, it's just  another way to say that we're plain old obsessed with food. It's a hot topic in almost every conversation, it fills up our social media channels, clogs our photo libraries and Instagram accounts and most of us have xx apps devoted to it.  And those conversations aren't just about taste anymore. The days when we did little more than swap recipes and restaurant recommendations have given way to extended conversations about sustainability, local sourcing, transparency, clean labels and so much more. And more and more companies are entering the market with products that will address consumers' growing needs.
