Wendy has worked for nearly 15 years executing food and health-related programs on behalf of food and nutrition brands in the in the public relations industry. Commodity groups in her past/present portfolio include the Almond Board of California, Canned Food Alliance, National Potato Promotion Board, and California Strawberry Commission.
Additionally, brand work has included Atkins Nutritionals, McDonald’s, Pure Circle Stevia, Panera Bread Cafe, VitaCoco, Hebrew National, WhiteWave Foods, and Kellogg’s.

Wendy earned a bachelor of science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with the University of Delaware and holds a master’s degree in Health Communications from a joint program between Tufts University and Emerson College. She is a registered dietitian and a member of both the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and specialized practice groups in business and communications and culinary professionals.
